Shipping Policy

We process all monthly orders for shipping the 2nd week of each month, Monday – Friday, excluding Sundays and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 3pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

The delivery fee is $15 per order, but spend over $250 and delivery is currently free! Second day for $35, or overnight shipping for $45 at checkout.

Packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment notification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

Need an item sooner? We will ship you item Next Day air, 1-business day, for $35. Next day air items will not be packaged & shipped during our normal weekly schedule. All next day air items will ship immediately.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes several items, they will not be sent to you in individual packages from different locations. We package and ship all items in one order from one location. It is how we ensure all contents of your order are correct and it is another way for us to reduce our delivery carbon footprint.

How long will it take to package my order?

If you select next day air, your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-business day. All First-class and Priority mail orders will be packaged and shipped during our normal weekly schedule. All members will have access to our daily in-house schedules in order to continue to provide a seamless customer experience.

Why don’t you ship daily?

We’re not in the business of creating job opportunities for robots. In order to provide our professional staff with a positive work environment. We are committed to making sure that no one is overworked and mentally exhausted, so that our staff remains at peace and readily available for you and their family too.
