What is the membership onboarding process?
It’s how we get to know you and your needs. After we’ve confirmed your membership, you’ll soon receive a quick style assessment survey to help us make sure we’re offering you the styles you need to fulfill your wardrobe needs. To include additional information about membership events.
What do you mean, “Pay Nothing?”
Our members pay $0.00 when they Shop + Collect with us. The only items members pay for is our yearly access fee of $250 and any luxe items they may purchase. So if you’re not on the hunt for a pair of Balenciaga shoes, you pay nothing at checkout each time you shop.
